What’s happening at La Fortezza this week: Dessert Cookbook Shoot
What a whirlwind. My photoshoot for my new cookbook went well. What a team. I feel really blessed to have such talented and dedicated people working on my cookbook. The desserts all looked like superstars. I cannot wait to share it with all of you.
Chef Leo and Martina killed it. Maria was amazing, and Samantha, our intern, was incredible. But the most remarkable of all was the photographer Cliohdna. She was just perfection. I made the right choice by hiring her to capture the beauty of this book and our place in the Tuscan countryside. I was pleased to have my publisher here on Tuesday and Wednesday. Katie Parla is smart and funny and was great to have on set for several days. Her insights added a lot. The magical Betty Soldi will be added to my cookbook once again. She swooped in with her magical touches. The cookbook will be available for pre-order in the next few months; stay tuned for updates soon.
