Happenings this week: Back in the USA
We voted—as soon as we landed, after one good night’s sleep, we were off to the voting location.
I am very jet-lagged as I write this at 12:30 a.m. I hope I get sleepy and go back to bed. It’s weird that I only suffer from jet lag when I fly west. I am fine when I go east to Italy; adjusting to the time change takes about three days. When I fly back to the States, it takes at least ten days to adjust.
I am heading to Savannah on Wednesday to start designing my new Dessert cookbook. I can’t wait. This is one of the best parts, in my opinion. I have been working with the same book designer for twelve years. Janice is great, and I can’t wait to share the cover with you. I hope to do that in the next couple of weeks. Since you receive this newsletter, you will have access to it all.
