What is happening: New stairs are on the main house.

I have wanted to address the stairs on the main house at La Fortezza for some time now. This is the year. When I was back in Italy in March, a couple of projects needed to be completed before I returned at the end of May; this one was at the top of my list. It is an old staircase, not historical or medieval. It was very wonky and frankly dangerous. So here’s a video sent to me by my contractor, Ennio, and updated photos. I can’t wait to show you the finished staircase. One more thing checked off the list. I have the best craftsmen working for me in Italy I am very fortunate.
