WHAT’S HAPPENING: The BIG GARDEN Project.

This week, we are back at La Fortezza. Of course, a gazillion things to do. We unwrapped the pool furniture and cleaned it. Gianluca and his cousin Robbi are here working on the garden. Plus, we have an excavator tearing up the hill in the back. We are putting a terraced garden in. Terraces and a walkway from the pool to the vineyard terrace. It covers about 2 acres. We live on 27 acres, so it’s a little deceiving as to how huge this project is. Massive. I have wanted to tie all the landscaped spaces together and this is the final piece of that puzzle. Next year, we will tackle a new space for dining outdoors. I’ll leave that for later. I will, of course, keep everyone updated, but right now, it looks like this.

Order: The Killer Menu, By Annette Joseph

Finding love and a family is never easy, but it's terrifying when you’re Henry Miller. Henry is a deliciously charming chef—talented, handsome, and intensely obsessive. Henry's extreme measures to insert himself into the lives of his girlfriends take readers on a chilling journey from the streets of Paris to the chic restaurants of Italy and the vibrant Cuban enclaves of Miami. As we delve into the mind of the reluctant murderer, it becomes clear that his habits of love and loss create a recipe for disaster. Come meet Henry and decide for yourself: Do you like him Or hate him?
