What’s happening at La Fortezza this week?

Tomatoes! It has been a very tomato-forward week here at La Fortezza. Our garden is in full flush, so we have been enjoying everything from the garden. Here are a few things we have been eating: sauce, salsa, sandwiches, pasta alla norma, tarts with goat cheese, greek salads with our cucumber and basil, gazpacho, and my special tomato risotto recipe, which is included below in the paid version of the newsletter.
